UPDATE - 30.June.2025You'll see below that I add my name to those who are very impressed.BUT - there seems to be NO Company address, phone number for help/queries.* My query is whether I can download any 'event' footage from the TAPO-Cloud to my phone's memory!It seems that you can only download it to the *camera's* memory card.So if burglars make off with the camera, there's no footage available to perhaps hand to the police to ID the dulprits.Is there / or Isn't there a way to download t the App?If not, then paying for Cloud storage seems useless after the 30-day free trial!Oh! And where is the Cloud Storage situated? USA? EU? UK?---------------------------------------------------------------------Earlier review of product following installation :Simply excellent in all ways : build-quality, ease of camera set-up, home router connectivity, clarity of images [even in extremely low light] - and superb value for money!The app works seamlessly and gives access to loads of features/settings - all straightforward to understand and to use as desired.

So happy with this purchase. My partner and I use this to check on our little dog Enzo while he’s out. ( we’ve been told he likes to howl when we leave 😬 sorry neighbours). We can speak to him which calms him down sometimes, eve though he gets extremely confused where it’s coming from ( some very cute head tilts). Also great way to scare your roommate or partner while you’re away 😂.Great for keeping an eye on any dog sitters we have come to let him out as well. Over all, for the price it’s extremely worth it.The quality is really good, very sleek and not an eye sore in the decor. Really easy to set up. Being able to move the camera via the phone app is great, there’s also a privacy mode that we use while we aren’t away.Definitely suggest this product if you’re just as obsessed with your little pupper as I am.

The camera itself works well – the video quality is clear, and the motion detection is reliable. I love that it sends notifications to my phone whenever someone is at the door. The installation was easy, and I had it set up in minutes, just like the more expensive options.While it’s a great value for the price, I’ll admit that the build quality isn’t quite as premium as some of the higher-end models. The audio could be clearer, and the app interface isn’t as polished, but for the price point, it’s hard to complain.

absolutely phenomenal, perhaps the best purchase of my life. i just recently picked up a puppy and needed a camera for peace of mind. i wasn’t sure which would be best but went for this specific make and model as the price was low but the reviews were great and i cannot be happier. the picture is so crisp, same with the night vision. moving the camera is silent, and the feed is barely half a second behind. setting it up was so simple. would definitely recommend to anyone for a cheap yet quality little camera

This is amazing, so quick and easy to set up, I am watching my pets while at work day one, I can talk to them, move the camera. Such a cheap option that functions perfectly, I will be ordering more as I got the one to test for now. Very impressed, it does what is says its meant to!

Excellent! Easy to set up. Pleased with the functions of the little camera - tilt, motion/people sensor, able to record on microSDcard etc. Very clear picture. Although it is an indoor camera, I placed it on my window sill to view the driveway and it worked just as well. At night, due to reflections of my double-glazed window, the night mode does not work when I try to view out of the window, but when I switch to day mode, I could see out of the window with no issues.

Amazing technology for the price. Using it to monitor an elderly relative and it works a treat.
