Performs very well, I can't comment on whether it's filtering what it's supposed to.
But I like the priming process (better than original filters) and water flows faster. Water tastes good, seems fine.

Effective Replacement
Good fit. Slightly shorter than the original. Flow from one filter slower than the other. Effective and way cheaper than the original (if you can find them). Good value for money. In use for a month with no problems.

These filters do not compare to the Berkey originals, poor quality.
I prepared the filters as instructed on the packaging. One filter battled to fill with water and kept floating to the top. Eventually I got it to vent all the air out after about 90 minutes. Installed the filters in my Berkey and filled with water. The filter that took time to fill just ran continuously. The other three dripped as I would have expected. The "filtered water" that was in the bottom part of the Berkey was cloudy with a yellow tinge. I dumped this and ran a second and third load of water through the filters and the water clarity only improved slightly, but there was residue in the bottom of the Berkey. These filters are of very poor quality and do not compare in any way with the Berkey originals.

1 of the 4 filters not working
Hi I contacted the customer support but have not had a response. One of the 4 carbon filters is not working. Instead of dripping the water through, it cascades it through ie not filtering. So in effect I have paid for 3 carbon filters not 4
