Easy to use and sturdy It did a good job on my windows
It arrived quickly, well packaged, easy to use, lightweight though strong. It did a good job on my windows, thanks and happy with my purchase.

Good item
I bought this item for my self to clean a windows. Good when the handle comes off and you can use inside where you can reach. Cleaning windows upstairs from inside to clean outside It's a bit difficult not quite sure witch angle to use. But otherwise it's a good tool.

Inferior product
The product cannot be adjusted backwards to give the correct angle for cleaning windows indoors the drying blade is not at the correct angle for proper use it was hit and miss. I had to go over the widow with a polishing cloth Not up to the quality I would have expected for the price

Poor quality
Waste of time, poor quality. Almost impossible to get a nice clear finish. Tried a microfibre pad on an extendable pole instead and it was infinitely better, and way less hassle to dry our glass juliette balconies to a nice clear shine.
