for my side turn signal lamps need to use your own bulbs

They either come too small or too big. Manufactures from china. GO FIGURE

I don't even know where to start... The socket for the bulb doesn't even come CLOSE to fitting (the hole is like 2-3mm too small.) The mounting tab setup on the back is in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOCATION, so the lights end up sitting about a HALF INCH /13MM further back than the OEM!! Because of that, you can see the out line of the old ones etched in the paint on the fender. They're not even close to the same shape/size..Oh, and even the "R" & "L" molded into the plastic on the back of each one are one the WRONG SIDES! (R ends up going on the driver's side, and L on the passenger... on a LHD car) I'M NOT KIDDING!!!!Can't make this stuff up! I feel like someone made these as a joke! The shipping was fast. I will give 'em that

I bought this item for my bmw 2008 X3 3.0, this item looks pretty close to the genuine but is bigger. Problem of been bigger is that it will not fit correctly and the fitment will not be flush with the wing and it will hit the 3.0si emblem.

They are not sealed. Moisture seeps in.
