Waste of money and time
Actually I'm the one to blame in this purchase. 12.000 Mah? I know it's a joke and it's not possible. My mistake is reading 12000 as 1200.. So inevitably received this garbage. It doesn't even last as long as AA battery. Not even close. It is fully charged in less than 10 minutes, fully dead in less than 20 minutes. Another mistake of mine is not to try them as soon as I get them, so I could return them immediately. If you need 18650's buy something else. Under any circumstances, DO NOT USE THEM IN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES.

Drain charge before you know!
Not recommended, waste of money as they are definitely not 12000mA as mentioned as they drain charge so fast!! Before I used to have 3700mA and they used to retain charge at least 5 times more!!!!
