It definitely works. I have noticed if I missed a day I don't feel as good in my joints. I am satisfied with this because it is WAY cheaper than the name brand supplement...think green lip mussel and $$$. I think it does bother my stomach but that is generally when I eat a small lunch. I don't know about taste...I swallow them whole. It does relieve pain and I am getting more as the quality is better than a cheap copy at the drug store.

I think this really works. I have been suffering from right hip joint pain for quite awhile now, nothing I've tried has worked and I figured it was something I'd have to deal with. After just a few days of taking this I noticed a major difference (hardly any pain anymore, and I am have much more flexibility). So thankful I found this and decided to try it. The pills are on the larger side but I am able to swallow them easily enough. Highly recommend if you're dealing with joint pain.

Good product so far....my R leg has better flexibility, less pain and swelling....the only thing the pills are big....but it really do help
