It is really a good paint.
I like it very much. Creamy feel when painting is done. It has a very solid look which is nice. Mine is the brown one. Thickness of paint is high, texture is fine. I bought this to re-paint because my last one is another brand of paint (5 gallons) is poor, that is just like water added with some oil and dye color and thickness is thin.. so I have to buy another paint to re do the work. I am lucky to buy the paint now under review. 3 gallons of it can cover similar area of the previous 5 gallons area. It is very value of money. This product saves money. An excellent paint.

The best there is
If you’re considering getting this, just buy it. Goes on like butter. Excellent coverage even with just one coat. Great adhesion with little to no prep. Color is absolutely beautiful. I tried several other stains/paints, the old deck wood just sucked it up and it was uneven, difficult to apply, and was just bad. This paint dries in no time. Each can goes such a long way, such great quality for the money. Took minutes to cover my whole deck with a long handle brush. Was kicking myself for not buying sooner. Has held up well to pets/sun/rain/etc.

Easy to apply and durable
Color worked well. The paint was easy to apply and dried fast.It was smooth but left enough of a roughness to hold a patio rug in place.Happy with it.

So far, so good
I purchased the desert sand color. The actual color seems spot on with the color on the can. I have a 20 year old broom finish covered and screened in patio. It is 30 x 12, 360 sq ft. I gave it a very thorough pressure washing with a gas powered pressure washer, and after letting it dry for 2-3 days I vacuumed the surface and thinned the first gallon per the instructions to serve as the primer coat. After cutting in the edges with a brush I applied the rest with an 18” roller pad. The paint applied well, and dried faster than expected. The primer coat was uneven and splotchy, not totally unexpected for a primer coat going on unfinished concrete. It took far more paint than anticipated, two gallons thinned to 10 quarts for the primer coat. Thus the reason for the four star rating. I ordered two more gallons and applied the second coat. Again, it took both gallons to finish the second coat, although this time I do have a little left in the cans for use with the brush if needed. Like the primer coat, the second coat dried faster than expected, and it’s looking very nice, the paint flows out nicely even with it being thick. The instructions say to apply 2-3 coats, I’ll probably order two more gallons and do a third coat.Other than the coverage being way less than anticipated, I like it very much and am hoping it has some decent longevity. The color is nice, the satin finish is right on the money, and the second coat resulted in a much more uniform appearance. I didn’t anticipate it taking this much paint, but at $50 a gallon the cost to do this is very nominal, and application is easy, so if it still looks good in a couple of years I’ll call it a success.I did three coats, but honestly, if applied correctly and not too skimpily, two coats should suffice, it really has good covering ability.

Excellent porch paint.
Paint goes on nice and thick. Covers very well. The red color we went with looks great. Will be getting more to paint our porch stairs.

not the worst
Used this late fall to paint my deck, looked great! Applied very easily and seem to hold up pretty well to the rain. I did notice that when it would get wet it would not have an even looking color for a few hours as it dried. Fast forward to the beginning of spring, some of the scratches from the ice and the snow are starting to become more noticeable, as well as some wear and chipping along the steps and high traffic spots

Great deck paint
Paint went on nice and one can covered my deck and 15 steps. I highly recommend it.
