I play a lot of tennis and golf. This product works really well for me. The company is extremely helpful and resolved an issue I had with damage to a delivery. They replaced the order very quickly with no issues.

Fantastic lemon & lime hydration drink

Go walking or do outdoors stuff?This is the MGP (Max Golf Protein) Lemon & Lime Hydration Sports Recovery Drink with Added Vitamins 500ml x 12 Plastic Bottles with Flip Top, Low Sugar, Vegan, Gluten and Fat Free.Also available on Pineapple or Orange Flavours.This drink is really nice for a hydration drink, it contains Vit C, B3, B5, B1, B6, B12 and at just 30 kcals per bottle!The taste is a sweet lemon and lime flavoured water type, with no dry powdery aftertaste, which is a big plus point. Nothing worse than playing an hour of five-a-side and drinking dry powdery drink. This is not that, it's sublime, geddit? Even better if served ice cold, but that might be an issue if out. But it's delightful ice cold.Overall I'd thoroughly recommend this hydration drink, as it is superb, replaces all them lost fluids and more! Go get some, and at £2 per bottle is bang on!
