Works fine, except every time it rains water puddles in the center of the awning and you have to manually get the water off it. Fourteen feet is a long stretch, but the manufacturer should have dealt with that issue and corrected it. Trying to find a solution is difficult. and the manufacturer suggests applying cold water to the awning and putting it in the hot sun to shrink the material. Some of the solutions online are to take the roller tube partially off and tighten it. What if the stress causes it to rip? Put a partially inflated beach ball under the tarp in the center. If this is such an issue that it is all over the internet why has the manufacturer not corrected it?

I purchased a used travel trailer that came stock with two of these installed however the original owner had damaged and removed the one over the super slide. Amazon had the best price I could find plus free delivery. I ended up ordering 4 of these before finally getting one delivered undamaged. The first one arrived looking like it had been air dropped. The next two were lost in shipping. The fourth one arrived on schedule undamaged. YEAH! In the meantime the price went up $150.00. Amazon made it right and their customer service was exceptional. The directions that come with this are not the best. It's actually an easy install. Just make sure you check YouTube. Etrailer has a great instal video. Slide awning covers are a good investment. They keep the sun, rain, snow, leaves, needles and other debris off your slide and out of your trailer. Dealers charge alot to add these. You can DYI and save money while adding value to your RV.

My awning did not come with any of the hardware or the short pieces of metal that holds awning to slide out

Good product but was missing hardware, sent an email to the manufacturer and know response. Had to go to Home Depot to pick up missing hardware.

Some of the parts were missing so had to wait for them to be delivered again. It 2 men to install did it at the RV resort we were staying at.

It looked to be easy to put on trailer. Just unfortunate that we traded trailers before we got it on.

The topper seems to be of good quality. Installation should be pretty straight forward. My problem was I measured the width of the material of the topper, and ordered that size. Trouble was they measured from th mounting brackets. As a result, my topper is about 2 inches shorter per side than I would have liked. Maybe I missed the measuring directions..but in any cace be very sure of what you are measuring.

Ordered this in April, and it arrived in October (likely due to Covid). Unfortunately it got bent somewhere along the way. Customer Service said “there was a problem” when I requested an exchange in the App, so now I’m in the process of returning it. It’s too bad cause otherwise it looks great, and the price was very reasonable! I’ll probably try to buy one again, but the camper is in storage now.

Have not installed it yet but it is a great looking product and looks easy to install, looks well made with all parts nicely packaged for shipping.
