I'm a 56yr old male and reasonably fit and decided I wanted to learn ballet. I've started beginner lessons. I wanted a book on theory and was recommended this. Its excellent. I'm working my way through it VERY slowly. It explains the basicis clearly and gives really good explanations on exercises. I sit, read, then try the exercises.
