This was perfect for my recent lantern project! It was the smallest I could find and it functions absolutely perfectly. It looks beautiful in any color, and the dimmer settings on light purple act a little like a blacklight and reflect off the glow in the dark "fireflies" just like I wanted! Honestly I bought this on a whim and I couldn't be more pleased with it! You can use it with the cord plugged in but the battery life is really great if you leave it on the dimmest setting. I use it as a night light and it lasts the whole night and then some, probably 10+ hours. The timers work every time, I tested them. The media could not be loaded.  This is a neat light. It's a little bit bigger than a baseball but is bright enough to light up a desk or side table. I was pretty surprised with all the color choices. It comes with a charging cord and remote to change the settings. My favorite is the white setting. It's bright enough to help my read a book at night or just to help calm the evening. I also really like the the texture and detail of the light. They did a really good job capturing the likeness of the moon. Highly recommend!

I purchased this item as a gift for my mother, for her birthday. She loves stargazing, tracking the International Space Station, and so forth. And as she’s not a fan of “clutter,” I thought that this might be a nice material item that would be compact and portable, but still full of significance and beauty.This little gem surpassed all of my expectations, and then some! It’s absolutely beautiful. Even the little black stand is simple and lovely, and doesn’t detract from the globe/moon itself. Charging it up is so easy, and we love that it doesn’t need to be plugged-in In any way while in use. We love being able to “hold the moon in our hands.” My mom enjoys taking the lamp outside with her at night, on her deck.When I first went to order this product, I wasn’t even really paying attention to the fact that it comes with a remote. So, I was (happily) surprised to see it included in the box! The remote is SO intuitive, well designed, and user-friendly. My mom and I have really only used it to turn the “moon” on/off, as we prefer to keep it on the warm white setting. This color/hue is so pleasing to look at, and very gentle on the eyes.My final thoughts: Excellent product! It’s somehow soothing and calming; and makes a nice little lantern at night, be it indoors or outside. This would make a great gift idea, and I’m considering buying another one to keep for myself.

The media could not be loaded.  Charged fpr a few hours and still will not hold a charge. Once plugged in the moon will light up but then once unplugged will turn off soon after. Will not hold a charge. Disappointed. Would like customer assistance in return or refund.

Overall I think this is a good buy. The moon is small so it doesn't take up too much space and holds a charge for quite a while. For me I can get up to a week before it needs to charge again. The colors are fun and it has settings so you can make them darker or brighter. There are buttons for strobe effect, along with timers so you can use it as a nightlight without it being on the whole night. My only complaint is it is not bright enough to read a book by. But it is a great mood light, and I love the ambience when I'm laying in bed reading from my ebook reader

It was nice while it worked for the 3.5months time I've had it. And of course it's beyond the return period now. Brightness was adjustable, many color options and changing color option. I used it plugged in for night lights but today the two units I bought just full on stopped working. Last night one of them was not plugged in and randomly turned on as I was closing my eyes for the night. Creepy.

Cute little moon lamp about the size of a baseball. At first I was worried because the bottom has a big round seam where the wiring and plug are installed but when it's on the stand I can't tell.

So this item is awesome! It was smaller than I thought it would be ( a little bigger than a baseball,almost a softball size) BUT works great! The remote works perfect. You can dim the light or keep it bright. You can change to all different colors and it takes a great charge!! I put it to bed with my kids and leave it on ALL night, still has a charge in the morning!! We love it, no more kids being scared of the dark and having to leave a light on. Perfect for my 5 and 6 year olds!
