I've always been a little reluctant in having multivitamins as they feel a little heavy through the day and the taste lingers on for a while. But Swisse Ultivite Women's Multivitamin seems like a welcome change as it doesn't have the heavy feeling of popping a multivitamin and has a pleasant minty aftertaste.I've been having these for a couple of weeks now and feel a change in energy. I would definitely recommend this further.
