Affordable Speed Sensor that seems to work fine.
This speed sensor connected to my Bryton Rider 310 without any problem. Note that if you want to actually *use* the speed sensor with the Bryton, you need to go into the profile for the bike on the Bryton and change the speed source from GPS to speed sensor.I've ridden with it about 18 times so far (according to my Strava log) and it failed to connect just once. At the time I wasn't sure how to power down the Bryton and we were already late getting started, so I rode without it working. My guess is that if I had power-cycled the Bryton it would have connected fine. Also, during that ride the Bryton had failed to connect to my HR sensor as well, so I'm thinking that the fault was with the computer, not with this speed sensor.I found it somewhat awkward to get it mounted: it would have been easier with a second pair of hands, but I managed ok, after a minute or two of fiddling. And you shouldn't have to remove it often, so I don't see that as a significant issue. Despite a minor mounting hassle, I think I like this design better than the "adjust the magnet so it just barely flys by the sensor" design. The $17 price tag (when I bought it) was very competitive, and since it works fine for me, I don't see how I could ask for anything more. The interesting question is whether this is more accurate than just using GPS. I'm not 100% sure yet, but I think it probably is. I did one ride with the preference set to GPS instead of the speed sensor and noticed unlikely large fluctuations in the speed reading when I rode under a canopy of trees. This is probably at least partially environmentally dependent and dependent on the GPS in the computer itself, so other more expensive computers may not exhibit that issue. But for the Bryton (at least) I like using the speed sensor instead of the GPS.Note that many may not consider me a "real" cyclist (I added mirrors and a kickstand to my bike, the horror!), but I do ride several times a week for usually 12-20 miles at a time.

Functional for less
I've used ANT+ accelerometer based speed sensors from Garmin and Wahoo and while not as nice as the competition, mine has worked just fine. The sensor's range is a little shorter than the competition and it falls asleep quicker, but for a third to half the price, I'm willing to accept slightly lower performance. I haven't seen any appreciable differences in accuracy when using it with my Edge 520 or my Vivoactive 3. The attachment methods work well enough and the batter seal has held up to a few rainy or stream crossing rides. Overall a nice budget alternative to the bigger brands' sensors

Works Ok, but documentation and instructions are not good
This is a decent sensor, but everyone should be aware that it is speed sensor or a cadence sensor. It can't be used as both together. You have to buy two to get both tracked. It mounts easily.Documentation is not great. Not clear if there is a complete list of apps or computers it is compatible with.

Small but very useful!
I like the small size and an extra battery comes with it. With Bluetooth enabled on my iPhone 7 I was able after some digging around in the Strava app to get the sensor connected. Itโs a bit complicated but straight forward once you know you have to enable it from the โrecord activity โ settings submenu. As instructed with the device you must give it a shake to wake it up before attaching to the left pedal arm. I wish there was a more clear graphic image included showing the sensor mounted on a bike. All in all a great sensor for a good price.

Did not work
I took a chance and bought two, but they will not work for me. Out of the box the installed batteries were dead, but an extra battery was included which did work. I tried using with my phone apps (Motorola Moto G Play using Strava and Cateye Cycling) and they did pair after a while. (Note there are no LEDs on the sensor to indicate if its working). But with both apps, they never connected and provide a speed signal. So at least for my application, these are no good.

Not for Zwift
Don't buy this for Zwift. I tried my laptop with both BLE and ANT+ but the signal was too weak and kept dropping out. It seems to work better on my Wahoo Elemnt Bolt

Not impressed ...
Can not get it to pair with the Velocomp PowerPod. Also can't get it to work consistently with MapMyRide on my iPhone. Initially I had it on the rear wheel and couldn't get a connection at all. Moving to the front wheel improved the connection, but most of the time it won't connect.I purchased another brand sensor to see if things improve.

Works but not always
Seems to work well when connected to my Garmin Fenix 3HR but the connection is lost frequently. For the price it works fine. Just wish it would remain connected better when riding on a stationary bike.

Worst Gadget I've ever Bought
Is there an app that goes with this? It's way overpriced and I have fiddled with it and can't seem to make it work. I'd love for my money back!
