Has the nozzle problem been fixed?

Since Rusk won't fix the nozzle problem, have you found another hairspray that works?

My question is what is the voc on the back of the hairspray? i looked but could not find. i am told it has to be at least an 80.

i have 3 cans of Rusk hairspray, and they are more than half full, but won’t spray anymore, it is expensive enough, so what do I do , I like the hair,
