ARANA 2 Front Hood Struts Shocks Springs for 2004-2012 Nissan Titan or 2004 Nissan Pathfinder or 2005-2013 Nissan Armada Gas Lift Supports

These fit perfectly for a 2005 Nissan Titan and have prevented further fallings of the hood onto my head.Installation- Open hood, use something to keep the hood open as it will fall once we start removing parts.- Driver/Passenger side shouldn't matter for these, they can go on either/or.- Visually align with your old worn out struts so you understand which way is up and down.- Remove the old strut at the bottom and then top by pulling outward. Get a pair of pliers to remove the pressure clip that is holding the old strut in place.- With the new strut in hand, simply press each end onto each nub, with a little pressure these will securely latch on.- Repeat on the other side.

This will reduce some of the hood rattle sound. But you will need to also adjust the latch a bit to make the sound go away completely. I also wrapped around a cloth tape to the "U" hold on the hood which goes into the front latch.With the new gas struts and the tape fix , the sound is completely gone.

WORKS GREAT! Replaced on my 2007 Nissan Titan. They fit perfect, easy to install and wasn't as expensive as purchasing in the local auto store.

Struts are beefier than the OEM which is great.

Good replacement for hood shocks on my 2006 Nissan Armada LE. Easy to install and seems to be made of quality material. No more hood hitting me in the head while I'm under the hood.

Very easy installation on my 2004 Nissan Titan. Struts fit exactly as they are supposed to and seem to be well pressurized. If your hood isn't staying up anymore, these are a great choice.
