Works well, I use it the grip for Pole fitness and it works effectively. A little goes a long way and you really need to wash your hands to take it off. There isn't a smell to it. The grip strength helps me to hold myself if the pole is slippery.

Love this stuff use it on my dogs rear paws before running agility.

This stuff cause me to develop an allergic reaction anywhere it touched my skin. I would not consider myself someone with sensitive skin. The allergic reaction is an extremely itchy rash on my knee pits and forearms and it is hard to get rid of. Buyer beware!
