Lightweight & works well for my purpose
(I bought this at my local vacuum store) I use this vacuum to keep up with long dog hair (collie) on hardwood and vinyl. Yes, hair wraps around the roller thing but can be pulled off easily when I dump the collection canister. I leave it on for the cushioning. It's very lightweight and maneuverable. Plenty of suction for hard surface on low speed. Charges fast enough. Love the light. I leave the room lights off and the headlight illuminates the hair. If the rod thing stops turning, the headlight goes off. Nice feature. I use it at least twice a week and in 4 years have never had a problem. I tested a number of stick vacs and this was the clear winner. Wish the motor head was easier to take on and off. The included tools are subpar. My main vacuum is a Miele canister that has been trouble free for 20+ years. This vacuum helps me save on the staggeringly expensive Miele bags. (Just noticed - apparently they've stopped making these. Too bad.)

It wastes plastic
Other than the vacuum not being well made (parts break easily and feel cheap), the filter is practically impossible to clean. People are better off buying a higher quality product and throwing one less thing in the landfill. Plus if you are buying it from the United States, you have to order all the parts from Quebec Canada, which adds to the carbon footprint even more.

Great when it works
This is our second Johnny Vac. Both of the power heads have gone out on vacuums. Part is not expected to be available till the end of August 2023.

Not working
I loved it and used it for three weeks It now no longer works I have tried everything I would like a new one or a refund pls and return this one Worked great for three weeks then went dead

Very happy with it
Does a great job with cat hair and litter. The battery lasts long enough to vacuum the whole apartment. It replaces a very expensive Dyson that had none of these characteristics.
