Also known as Vitamin B6, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt form of pyridoxine, a water-soluble vitamin B. Pyridoxine hydrochloride is converted into the active form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP), an essential cofactor in many enzymatic activities including synthesis of amino acids, neurotransmitters, and sphingolipids. Vitamin B6 plays an important role in the body. It is needed to maintain the health of nerves, skin, and red blood cells. Magnesium oxide is an inorganic salt of magnesium formed with ions of magnesium and oxygen (2). It's one of many forms of magnesium available for purchase in supplement form. It's added to dietary supplements as well as over-the-counter medications used to treat constipation, indigestion, and headaches. Magnesium is a naturally occurring mineral. Magnesium is important for many systems in the body especially the muscles and nerves. Magnesium oxide is used as a supplement to maintain adequate magnesium in the body. Magnesium oxide is also used as an antacid to treat indigestion, or as a laxative to relieve occasional constipation.

Q: Do these have Caffeine in them?

ZERO CAFFEINE. Some people have questioned the B6 content, so I need to clarify it is a natural and safe product: The RDA / NRV of Vit B6 is the minimum nutrient amount required to sustain life. In the H2go, that amount is per 2 capsules. If you are taking supplements to rebalance the body / treat a condition naturally (such as water retention), you need to take in far higher amounts of the active ingredients than RDA, else it will obviously not work. All the vitamn B's are water soluble and hence excess is flushed out of the system. You can purchase 100mg of every vitamin B per capsule or tablet ie see Holland & Barrett. There is not an issue with the vitamin B6 content in H2go, and its one of the main vitamins used to treat fluid retention naturally. The combination with the herbs make it a very balanced formula. With absolutely NO CAFFEINE. Hope this helps
