Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara, Raven Black, 13.1 ml

Arrived sealed & well packaged, I normally use more expensive brand, but spotted this for £6.45, it offers all that my usual mascara does, thickens, lengthens and separates all lashes, and doesn’t clog.This I will use in future.Give it a goRecommendedRecommended

Very good for my short eye lashes.Always loved this make of mascara.

This mascara is excellent. It really does lengthen and thicken your lashes. It takes a while to apply it, but it is worth it for the result.

Great product but wish it came with the security tape/plastic packaging around it as it could be anything in there. I like it for peace of mind. But great product.

I have used MF cosmetics most of my life but they've gone downhill. I used to work on a beauty magazine so I have no illusions, all the mascara you're ever going to get out of this pack is already on the wand, but it just doesn't do the job. It take about four applications before it makes much difference, and does not lengthen lashes. You've basically paid a lot of money for a smudge of charcoal and some plastic packaging. I'm so fed up , I have decided to make my own in future (yes, you can, ingredients on the Internet) and you will save a bunch of money which won't go to big greedy beauty corporations. Well today I threw it away. I used it on one eye and another mascara on the other eye. The one using this immediately made my eyes water. I am wondering if it's even authentic!

I’ve used Max Factor mascaras for years and made the mistake of buying a different brand recently. Wanting to return to Max Factor I was wary of purchasing this via Amazon after a few negative comments about packaging but took a risk. The mascara arrived sealed in soft plastic rather than the usual shrink wrapped hard plastic that is a nightmare to remove, and appeared brand new. From day one the brush delivered non-clumpy product and lashes remain quite separate and evenly coated with the product.I don’t wear much makeup but I always use mascara and am very happy with this one. It comes off fairly easily too using a wipe or lotion.

The mascara arrived improperly sealed and had unpleasant smell, like it was old. I am very disappointed with the quality. Definitely would not buy again.
