Good product value for money.

When first installed I didn't have any issues, although the lack of any rubber seals/o rings was a bit worrying. It stayed water-tight on the ends of the cartridge where the tubing connects. 6 months later I've disconnected so I can open the cartridge and replace the carbon filter. Reattaching the tubes back into the ends, I've now got one end with a slow leak/drip. Tried grease and it won't tighten anymore (it's plastic so might also knacker the thread). Basically going to have to go back to buying Samsumg ones that you throw away since these have much better tube terminations and they don't leak. Sad to see an eco product that isn't designed well enough to make sure it can take the wear of having to remove the tubes, when changing the carbon. You have to take the tubes out first to depressurize the water flow, before you can unscrew the main unit. Otherwise I'd leave the end water tubes connected.
