They seem to be well made and they look good. I was a bit confused about the plastic cover being on both sides of the glass but figured it out. Nice, I had 4 pictures to display so the frames match.

I bought a set of 4x6 frames and a set of 5x7 frames at the same time, both in the Natural finish. The 5x7 frames came with no coating (i.e., open pore), but the 4x6 frames came with a clear coating, which makes the color slightly darker. So I requested a refund.Update: the seller did proactively reach out to me regarding the issue. I didn’t need anything else other than the refund, but the customer service is quite impressive.

These were perfect for what I was looking for. They were all packaged individually and had styrofoam to protect the glass. For the price of these you cannot go wrong.

These frames were just what I needed for decorating my guest bath. They aren't super heavy, so are easy to hang. They come with a mat for 5x7, but also included is a mat for 3x5. They can sit table top, or be hung on a wall. They don't look "cheep", but they aren't like a custom frame either. I'm pleased because I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a bathroom.

I love these! Just what I was looking for, although one side of one plexi came with no protective film on it and was a bit scratched when I recieved it. Other than that I am very pleased with them !
