Pentek 244047 Mounting Bracket Kit for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" Housings

This is the matching bracket for Pentek 158114 1/4" slimline filter housing. It comes complete with screws for wall mounting and for the filter itself. Although the bracket does support the filter's weight, the material could've been thicker because the filter housing does sag a bit where the bottom almost touches the wall. It's not bad really but it can get challenging when replacing the filter because I have to lift the bottom every time to be able to get a grab or insert a wrench to turn the housing.

This bracket fit perfectly on an AO Smith sediment purchased locally at Lowe's to filter water to the fridge ice maker.. It is mounted in the cellar on a floor joist so it isn't pretty.. As others have mentioned it could be a bit thicker as it is a little bouncy but it does the job and cheaply at that!

These were perfect to mount my Hydronix HF3-10CLBK34 10" Clear Housing with Black Rib Cap, 3/4" Ports. I first put up a 3/4” plywood. Painted it white. Then using the longer screws, secured the bracket the filter top. Next drilled a tiny pilot hole and used the 4 shorter screws to secure to plywood. It’s holding great, very strong and zero problems. An added bonus was all 8 screws were included with the housing purchase.

Easy to install and much sturdier than the original bracket which came with the water filter.

Bought the Hydronix HF2-10CLWH14, 10" not even thinking about how to mount it. This did it. Filter housing should have come with a way to mount it. 4 out five for that reason.
