Nice design with optional light. Quiet operation. Does a good job keeping two automatic watches fully wound. Much cheaper than many available alternatives but low price not an indication of low quality. Haven't tried it with batteries yet.

The automatic winder looks great, works well and was a great gift for my husband. The watch pillows are the right size for his Rolex and the light is great for his citizens eco-drive. It is so quiet you don’t even know that it is on. Great product!

I returned my previous winder, it was louder than my white noise machine. I ordered this unit based on reviews and I am not disappointed. It arrived in a well packaged box from the manufacturer. It was double wrapped in protective cloth and insulated by blocks of foam.The exterior finish is awesome and the kit included a microfiber cloth. The best news is it truly quiet. I used the supplied adapter and was amazed. My watches fit perfectly on the pillows and on my preferred winding setting. Highly recommend this winder.

This works great for keeping the watches current and looks nice in the room. However, over time, maybe after a year of having this box, it makes a lot of noise during the rotations, now. It’s gotten louder with time and at night, has made me wonder what kind of critter is running about the room (there isn’t one).

Very pleased with this winder. We recently bought two more automatic watches and needed at least a three watch winder. This has four so we could accommodate one more. Right out of the very substantial packaging we were impressed by the high quality piano-like finish. Time will tell….pun intended….but the alternating clockwise and counter clockwise program seems to be doing great. Our previous winder only turned clockwise and wasn’t enough to keep the watch keeping the correct time. So far extremely pleased with the look and quiet operation. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t work well, I have a Rolex and an omega that I keep in it. I have owned it for 11 months and it just stopped working. It’s loud and doesn’t keep the watches wound.

I love automatic watches... the craftsmanship and thought of all those tiny parts working together is awesome. But I can't wear them all, so what to do with those I'm not wearing? Well, this is the perfect winder! The model I bought can hold up to 4 watches and has several different winding cycles. It's basically silent, which is nice. The finish is smooth and well crafted. I saw some reviews about watches falling, but I don't see how that's possible. You can fit your watch on the pillow two different ways and the pillows fit very snuggly in their cradle. Plus with the angle, there's no real pull to cause a watch to fall to the bottom if it's properly inserted.When mine arrived, it was missing the key so I contacted the shipper and was sent a replacement right away, so excellent customer support.I can only think of one recommendation. The LED to light up in the side is on the top left side of the case so only the watches on that side get good illumination. I would recommend the LED be in the center.I can recommend this item.

First off, the box is beautiful. It runs very quietly and the blue LEDs provide a nice glow. I also like the ability of having the rotation stop when you open the lid (controlled by a switch). It came with a power adaptor so you don't have to run it on batteries.But what I really want to comment on the after-sale service. This was an appreciated Christmas present, but started acting up in February. It started 'dragging' when two watches were installed. Going back through my Past Orders, I found where I could contact Amazon for help. After a short online chat, the Amazon rep told me that the seller would be handling the problem. He gave me a phone number to call. I called once and left a message. Through my own fault, I missed their callback - unrecognized number; I thought it was a telemarketer. I left another voicemail and followed up with an email to service@nekodo.net Within 12 hours I had a reply that they were going to ship out a new winder as soon as the warehouse stock comes in. That led me to expect a six week delay or something but, no, it was just a few days before I got another email that it would be delivered the next week. And it was. The responsiveness and promptness is impressive. Thank you, Erics! (signed) a very happy customer.
