Pacific Headwear Trucker Flexfit Cap Hat Moisture-Wicking Multiple Sizes & Color

I love these hat blanks by Pacific Headwear! Fit is excellent and just the style I prefer. Large more or less flat brim baseball style fit. These hats are durable and have a great sweatband for extended life. Bought a couple more of these to have embroidered for wearing each day at work. My current cap has lasted for 2 years through daily use and sweat! I highly recommend these quality, durably caps!

It’s a great hat don’t get me wrong, but it doesn’t fit like my other hat. I had a pacific headwear hat with the same model number that a saw shop gave me for being a valued customer with their logo on it. That hat was so damned comfortable on my big ass head that I wanted to buy another one...well this one, even though it has the same part number is WAY tighter on my big noggin. So long story short if you have a t-Rex size head and flex fit XL sized hats are still too small for you like me...don’t buy it unless you want to stretch it out. Get the flat bill version instead, for some reason it is bigger.

These hats are perfect I really don’t have anything bad to say. Bought one based on reviews too sew a band patch on it and they were so comfortable I’ve gotten two more different colors and will most likely get a couple more. My hat size is 7-3/8 and the L/XL is the perfect fit as it doesn’t squeeze my brain but doesn’t fly off in wind gusts. The bill is also perfect as I like a little bend to it so not perfectly flat and the front and top of the hat are not to short or tall. Really the perfect hat

Pacific Headwear has changed the fit of this cap. I have two from four years ago - one in this color and one in fluorescent yellow. The old ones have a white sweatband, and this one is black. The fit is significantly tighter (all are size L/XL) and the hat no longer has the perfect width to height proportions it once had. Until this hat, I have felt that this hat is, literally, the perfect trucker cap. I was in the technical apparel development business for a number of years in my career, and I designed and developed headwear for 5 years. This hat has slid from my top-ranking spot (ever), to somewhere in the top 30%. I really, really hope they return to the prior construction and proportion/blocking.

Perfect fit , have worn this style as a coach for several years.
