Ok, first the negative. Took 3 tries to get me a set that wasn’t opened and missing pieces (not a fan of DHL). But today I received my Hazet 1/4 & 1/2 drive metric socket(bit driver also included) set. I’m not just pleased, I’m elated. For the past few years I’ve been touting the superiority of German made hand tools. GERMAN MADE being the key phrase here. Stahlwille, Hazet, Knipex etc.. are at the apex of hand tool innovation, design and comfort. Add performance to that list. This set is perfect for any professional just starting out or as an add on set. I could not believe the price Amazon has it listed for. I have bought a lot of German tools and believe you me, this set is cheap at twice the price. Put it in your toolbox or just keep it in your vehicle or give as a gift. When you see it and use it you’ll be back for more.

I am very pleased. Free Prime shipping from Amazon UK to the USA at no extra charge. Arrived in perfect brand new condition. Both the ratchets are the HP HiPer versions. This is what you want.Be careful there is a similar older kit that comes with the standard SP ratchets. You want the latest and greatest HP HiPer ones.Watch the price because it goes up and down. Got mine in May 2024 for USD 220.

Great set the 916 ratchets are better the the snap on 80. I like the snap on sockets feel better but for similar quality at 1/4 the price it great deal

ON time delivery, set works as good as the other Hazets that I have had for years. I would definitely recommend.

1/4 ratchet is 863p instead of 863hp in the picture. Contact Hazet and was told this is their old version. Still good value, just not that good. Some others seem to get the current version with 863hp inside so I guess better luck next time

Solid, well organized and fantastic machining!

These are beautiful tools.Unfortunately, several pieces were missing. Given that the set comes with a molded carrier case, it's pretty clear what is missing and what isn't. These tools are heavy, and the sockets have left indentations in the foam on the lid. It's obvious, based on the indentations that these pieces were never there. One can clearly see an indentation in the lid for the 14 sockets that have been in kit since it was assembled, and it is obvious from the complete lack of any indentation above the missing sockets that they were never there.So Amazon gave me the option of returning it and buying it again. Unfortunately, the price has doubled in the few weeks since I ordered the kit (it takes a couple weeks to arrive from Germany), so that's not a great option. I'll now have to spend $100 to round out the defective/incomplete tool kit that Amazon sold to me.It's wonderful that Amazon makes it possible to buy from suppliers around the world, but evidently when one orders from Amazon Global, customers are on their own. Buyer beware.
