I have taken Monolaurin since 03/2020. My herb Dr recommended. I have not been sick or infected since Covid 19 started. Not even a common cold. 4 capsules a day. It works with no side effects or adverse reactions. I keep a health stock on hand.

Much cheaper than buying from my doctor. I take one daily and have a LOT less sinus infections. When I do get sick I switch to 3 a day and it helps me get over it faster.

I take this for occasional chronic fatigue syndrome and or other immune system issues it's also great to have for colds or flu virus since it's an antifungal viral and bacterial. My chiropractor originally prescribed this for me.

I always have monolaurine on hand in my medicine chest. The moment I get a sniffle or cough, I start taking this. Most often it shakes it off.
