Husband well impressed by this piece of kit. They ‘force’ you to do your exercises properly without cheating and using the wrong muscles.

In the beginning of use a bit sore in the hands but this goes away.

Looks great and sturdy as well. Now unto 1000 push-ups a month.

Fab product easy to use to get results.

It is a useful product and works. I have trained with it and is a good resource to have. Is perfect for training at home, effective and easy to store.However it is true that for the price compared with others options I expected more cuality in terms of the material. This one is just cheap plastic and it feels weak. I don't recommend to use it over a surface other than solid floor so forget about using it over grass or something similar.
