It says for scars but it works great for in grown hairs After shaving at night I use this as a lotion no ingrow hairs the next day.

Product works but is very strong. Be sure the seal is closed on any wound. It is powerful so definitely keep it to one day. Great buy.

I have a big scar on my leg from 1997 caused by an insect bite which got infected. After reading the reviews of this product I decided to give it a try. As others suggested, I applied the gel 4 times a day (sometimes 3 when I was really busy). I started using this August 2018 and I’m on my 3rd tube now (January 2019). You really have to be very patient as this works very slowly but it does really work! I’m happy I found , I will continue using this until the scar diminishes completely.
