I used this to help me after landing on my knee when falling onto a floating dock. I started with the bottom strap around my tibia, placing the Lower tube directly over the patellar tendon. That helped me stretch the tendon and relieve the swelling from the impact on my knee. This has been the only knee strap that helped me. I tried two other ones that did nothing for me! Highly recommend this unit!

When I received it, I put it on right away. It worked like a charm, but then it started shifting moving down my leg or moving around so I just pulled the straps tighter, but it did help a lot so I do recommend this.

This knee brace provides great support and definitely helps relieve my pain. When I wear it around the house with shorts, it stays in place and feels amazing. However, when I tried wearing it to a serving shift at a restaurant over my skinny jeans, it just wouldn’t stay put. No matter how tight I adjusted it, it kept sliding down or bunching up in the back, which was frustrating.It might work better when worn directly on the skin, but I wish it stayed in place over clothing as well. Overall, it’s a solid brace for light use but may not be the best option for more active situations.

The large did not fit at all… maybe my knees are just too fat, but according to the listed measurements, it should’ve fit just fine.Ended up returning.

I'm sure these are really good. But they didn't work for my knee. I couldn't tighten the upper strap enough for pressure. But I'm giving it four stars because my husband liked it. However I return them
