Fit my HQ Issue case same as the original. Dirt cheap price as you get all three bottom pieces and the upper egg crate foam. Original foam did not fail, I simply wanted to reconfigure the layout.

I bought this to use as padding for a tool box which holds my astrophotography equipment. One thing I did do to help it last, is that after you have cut out the shape and fitted it to your container, I highly recommend that you to get something like Plasti-Dip and spray both sides of the foam. Do it in light coats. It will stiffen up the surrounding foam and the area you cut (which will reduce the fraying on the ends).

Didn’t realize it when I ordered this but it came with an entire kit to re pad my entire case. Good price . Tears easily though

Purchased to travel with my SBR out of state for a course. Plucked a perfect contour. Then after returning I changed out all my optics and now I can't put back the foam squares I saved to re-contour. Had to spend half the price of the entire case just to get the top layer redone. HQ needs to offer just the top layer by itself, the other layers are not needed.
